Her Little Empire, operated by Ovyko, collects only what it needs to sell and deliver the kit and to talk to you. Contact: hello@herlittleempire.com.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email, country and order details. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see them.
• When you message us or comment a keyword on Instagram: your Instagram username and the messages you send, handled through our messaging tool.
• When you join our email list: your email address and which emails you open or click.
• When you visit the site: basic, anonymous visit statistics. We don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To deliver what you bought, process refunds, answer questions, send emails you signed up for (every one has an unsubscribe link), and understand which posts bring people to the kit.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the business on our behalf: our checkout and delivery provider (Gumroad), our email forwarding (Cloudflare), our Instagram messaging tool (ManyChat) and our website host (Vercel). Some are based outside Australia, so your information may be stored overseas. We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires (in Australia, generally five years). Everything else is deleted when it's no longer needed, or when you ask.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing hello@herlittleempire.com. If you're in the UK or EU, you also have rights under the GDPR, including to object and to complain to your data protection authority. In Australia you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
