These terms cover your purchase of the Income Fit Test and any add-ons from Her Little Empire ("we", "us"), operated by Ovyko, ABN 38 813 430 864, New South Wales, Australia. Contact: hello@herlittleempire.com.
A digital product: an Excel workbook and PDF guides (and, if you add it, a video course), delivered by email as a download. It's educational. It is not financial, legal, tax or business advice, and it does not promise or imply any income.
The kit is delivered instantly: after payment you get a download link by email. If it doesn't arrive within an hour, check your spam folder, then write to hello@herlittleempire.com and we'll send it directly.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you live, sales tax, VAT or GST may be added at checkout as the law requires. Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record and handles that tax.
You can have a full refund, for any reason, within 14 days of buying. Reply to your receipt email or write to hello@herlittleempire.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
This refund promise is in addition to your rights under consumer law where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law, and doesn't limit them.
The kit is for your own personal use. You can print it and use it as often as you like. Please don't resell, share, upload or redistribute it, or use it to make a competing product.
After Day 14 you may be invited to an optional membership. It has its own price and terms, shown before you join, renews until you cancel, and you can cancel any time in one click. The kit is complete without it.
We research carefully and date what we check, but rules, fees and rates change. The official pages we link to are the source of truth. Where a figure is an estimate or unknown, we label it.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions you make using the kit or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee or right you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.
